Description

  • Lead the vision and execution of RainFocus's 1:Many scaled client success model.
  • Design and refine the end-to-end lifecycle for the 1:Many cohort using automated workflows and AI-driven insights.
  • Oversee a Top 10 list of emerging strategic accounts with a tailored account leadership approach.
  • Mentor, coach, and ramp a team of CSM Associates on the 1:Many methodology.
  • Partner with Sales to identify expansion-ready triggers and support net revenue retention growth.
  • Conduct internal executive readouts on Top 10 accounts and cohort performance.
  • Implement AI tools to manage account health, draft communications, and scale outreach across the portfolio.
  • Maintain automated health-tracking systems to identify churn risks and enable proactive intervention.
  • Work with the VP of Client Success Management to report on KPIs, margin, and financial targets.
  • Lead the creation of scaled client success assets such as onboarding materials, training resources, dashboards, and success plans.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of total professional experience with a proven track record of employee development and strategic contribution.
  • Proven track record of strong attitude, employee development, contribution, and competency.
  • 5+ years of client success management experience, preferably in Scaled, 1:Many, or Digital-Touch models.
  • Prior managerial experience, especially in ramping up and enabling early-career or associate-level team members.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI to improve operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate a high-touch approach into a Top 10 priority strategy.
  • Remote role based anywhere in the United States.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for client events and strategic leadership meetings.
