Description

  • Develop a broad understanding of each client’s business model, goals, and expectations to support a successful partnership.
  • Build trusted client relationships and serve as the primary advocate for assigned accounts.
  • Create account plans that define success factors, metrics, targets, risks, and recommendations.
  • Translate client strategic goals and business challenges into RainFocus platform value and business outcomes.
  • Deliver best practices and coach clients to increase product adoption and realization of value.
  • Monitor client usage of platform features and functions and align adoption with business needs.
  • Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to improve overall account health and client outcomes.
  • Lead post-sales initiatives that are repeatable and scalable across the broader client base.
  • Support executive-level client engagement, including executive business reviews and strategic stakeholder meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of related client success experience.
  • 5+ years of professional business experience.
  • Experience working closely with C-level or SVP-level executives, preferably including executive business reviews.
  • Experience partnering with Sales through the client renewal process, preferred.
  • Previous work experience at a SaaS company, preferred.
  • Proven success driving organization-wide initiatives.
  • Proven success collaborating with and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation, organization, time management, and listening skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage changing priorities quickly, and use a thoughtful approach to client pain points.
  • Ability to work remotely anywhere in the United States and travel about 30% of the time, including occasional weekend trips.
