Description

  • Support feature prioritization and define product specifications based on customer and clinical needs.
  • Coordinate and manage product releases, including requirements and timelines.
  • Test new product versions and features before release, including regression testing.
  • Investigate and help resolve issues found during testing and by clinical users.
  • Partner with Support and Customer Success to troubleshoot complex customer issues.
  • Share feedback and insights with Product, Engineering, and leadership to inform improvements.
  • Support regulatory and quality requirements for a medical device product.
  • Translate real-world clinical workflows into product enhancements that are technically sound and clinically meaningful.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a clinical medical physicist.
  • Direct experience commissioning treatment planning system algorithms.
  • Experience with Monte Carlo calculation algorithms, including configuration and validation.
  • Strong understanding of radiation oncology clinical workflows.
  • Familiarity with Radformation products, particularly ClearCalc, is preferred.
  • Experience commissioning multiple treatment planning systems or working with multiple calculation algorithms is preferred.
  • Exposure to product management or similar responsibilities is preferred.
  • Programming experience with C# or similar languages, or interest in learning, is preferred.
  • Experience with project workflow tools such as Jira is preferred.
  • Customer-facing or support experience is preferred.
