Description

  • Work with clinics to understand technical issues and provide solutions independently or with Engineering support.
  • Install and upgrade Radformation software at customer sites to support Sales and Success teams.
  • Serve as the technical expert for hospital IT departments during implementations and upgrades.
  • Complete IT documentation and vendor security questionnaires for customer hospitals.
  • Meet with clinics to plan installations, system architecture, and cybersecurity requirements.
  • Support Clinical Customer Support Representatives as needed.
  • Assist team members in troubleshooting internal IT issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical Radiation Oncology IT experience.
  • Experience with Radiation Oncology Treatment Planning Systems and DICOM modalities.
  • Strong experience supporting clinical applications and their infrastructure, including client, server, storage, and network environments.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude.
  • 7+ years of clinical Radiation Oncology IT experience preferred.
  • Cybersecurity experience preferred.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and sharing them with the healthcare community.
  • Understanding of treatment planning and Radiation Oncology clinical workflows.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to assist customers via phone and web meetings.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a customer-facing environment.
