Description

  • Coordinate onboarding, data validation, and adoption activities for participating colleges and universities as the day-to-day point of contact.
  • Work with institutional partners to troubleshoot data anomalies in transfer equivalency and program requirement data.
  • Track onboarding and engagement progress across milestones, timelines, requirements, and deliverables for multiple partner institutions.
  • Lead training sessions and share documentation and support resources with student users, administrators, and staff.
  • Monitor partner engagement and drive adoption through training, education, best-practice guidance, and direct outreach.
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate partner needs and priorities to product and development teams.
  • Collaborate with product, project management, engineering, UX, researchers, and subject matter experts to improve the Transfer Explorer experience.
  • Support partner institutions after onboarding to ensure they are using the service effectively and seeing value from it.
  • Occasionally travel for office visits, conferences, and site visits, less than 10% of the time.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of hands-on experience in a higher education institution working with student information systems, degree audit systems, transfer articulation, or student records operations.
  • Experience managing customer or partner relationships across complex projects or organizations.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously.
  • Technical acumen to examine datafeeds and understand institutional data and relational database structures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and relationship management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a dynamic, creative team.
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer success or partner management, preferred.
  • Familiarity with credit transfer processes, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or related reporting and analytics platforms, preferred.
  • Experience leading trainings, onboarding sessions, or customer education initiatives, preferred.
  • Experience working at a Banner and/or DegreeWorks institution, preferred.
  • No immigration sponsorship required; candidates must be able to work and reside in the continental U.S.

  • Starting salary range of $73,000 to $92,000 per year.
