Description

  • Deliver complex technical implementations for customer projects as a delivery subject matter expert.
  • Lead implementation of agreed technical designs created by Solution Architects and Technical Consultants.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues to maintain customer satisfaction and solution quality.
  • Work with Project Managers to meet milestones, timelines, and delivery standards.
  • Deliver technical knowledge-transfer workshops and customer handover sessions.
  • Produce high-quality post-delivery reports and technical documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong knowledge of products and solutions across the practice.

Requirements

  • Experience working as a Support Analyst or Engineer with proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud and security technologies, including Exchange Online, Entra ID, and Azure.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft identity and access security services, including Conditional Access, PIM, RBAC, and identity protection.
  • Experience deploying and supporting Microsoft XDR solutions, including Defender for Endpoint, Identity, Cloud Apps, and Office 365.
  • Strong technical documentation and post-delivery reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a positive, resilient, and adaptable approach.
  • Desire for continuous improvement and learning across security technologies.
  • Desirable experience with Microsoft Information Protection and Purview, including DLP and Data Lifecycle Management.
  • Desirable experience with email security tools such as Defender for Office 365, Mimecast, or Barracuda.
  • Desirable experience with SIEM platforms including Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, or LogRhythm.
  • Desirable experience with endpoint protection solutions such as Microsoft Defender, Sophos, or CrowdStrike.
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), M365 Fundamentals (MS-900), or Security Fundamentals (SC-900) is preferred.
  • Must be able to pass a Baseline Personal Security Standard (BPSS) check.
