Description

  • Collaborate with district administrators, district IT leaders, and staff to connect Khan Academy to school district rosters and keep them updated daily.
  • Lead initial onboarding calls with district partners to gather rostering information and explain the rostering process.
  • Document rostering details for each district partner to support internal tracking and timely service delivery.
  • Manage the technical setup of assigned district rosters with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Develop product expertise to support unique district implementations.
  • Monitor new partner account activation and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Communicate onboarding and activation status with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support internal team members with technical issues reported by district partners.
  • Monitor daily roster syncs and contact district partners to confirm large roster changes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer onboarding or technical support role.
  • 2+ years of rostering experience preferred.
  • An appreciation for learning how technology works at a deep level.
  • Ability to identify when something is working as intended versus when an issue needs to be addressed.
  • Enjoyment of building, documenting, and improving internal processes for seamless operations and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to describe complex products or processes in a way that is easy to understand.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A flexible and people-first attitude.
  • Excellent prioritization skills and follow-through.
  • Knowledge of K-12 users and stakeholders.
