Description

  • Manage a portfolio of 40+ distributors in collaboration with EMEA, LATAM, and APAC Regional Sales Directors.
  • Recruit, vet, contract, and onboard new distributors and partners.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, distributor contracting, and contract renewals.
  • Oversee distributor certification, enablement, and ongoing education.
  • Coordinate with sales operations, international success, and knowledge teams to support distributor onboarding and training.
  • Develop and lead the distributor certification program to support consistent performance.
  • Provide distributors with updated sales tools, collateral, and pricing information.
  • Lead quarterly and in-person distributor update meetings and review pipeline activity.
  • Manage distributor performance using KPIs, scorecards, and corrective action plans.
  • Support international regulatory requirements, market registrations, key accounts, conferences, events, tenders, and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, a technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, reseller management, or equivalent in a global environment.
  • Experience negotiating and managing commercial contracts across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Experience selling into, or managing sales into, healthcare systems.
  • Experience with CRM software, sales productivity tools, and Google Suite.
  • 5+ years of experience in a SaaS-based software company (preferred).
  • Experience in Radiation Oncology (preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas to different audiences.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and travel up to 40% of the time.

  • Base salary of $100,000–$110,000 USD.
  • On-target earnings of $200,000–$220,000 USD with a 50/50 base/variable split.
