Description

  • Promote and sell Radformation software through cold calls, product demonstrations, trial installations, site visits, and regional or national meetings.
  • Collaborate with the distributor network across the territory.
  • Monitor and respond to public tenders.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to explain software capabilities and functionality to prospects and customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with medical physicists, dosimetrists, radiation oncologists, and administrators in the territory.
  • Oversee opportunity progression through the sales pipeline.
  • Act as a communication bridge between distributors, prospects, customers, and the support team.
  • Collect customer feedback to inform product development and regional product-market fit.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of radiation oncology clinical experience as a Medical Physicist, Technologist, or Medical Dosimetrist.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the region.
  • Experience replying to public tenders directly and with distributors.
  • Fluent or proficient in English.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related healthcare discipline.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred.
  • Competency with Google Suite and Microsoft tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is preferred.
  • Proficiency in additional languages such as German or Arabic is preferred.
  • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
  • Strong understanding of radiation oncology department workflows is required.
