Description

  • Develop and execute the internal technology strategy in alignment with overall business goals.
  • Partner with the leadership team to identify and prioritize organizational technology needs.
  • Evaluate emerging trends and technologies to help maintain a competitive edge.
  • Oversee technology projects to ensure delivery on time, in scope, and within budget.
  • Manage and optimize technology infrastructure so systems remain secure, reliable, and scalable.
  • Handle risks, issues, and bugs while ensuring timely resolution and transparency.
  • Work with the CFO and leadership team to build and manage the annual technology budget.
  • Ensure systems comply with applicable regulations and industry standards.
  • Maintain the security of technology systems to protect company and client data.
  • Report on technology strategy, project status, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
  • Lead a team of system owners and promote innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software development and IT infrastructure.
  • 2+ years of experience in technology leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of developing technology strategies and delivering complex projects.
  • Strong communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Deep understanding of cloud architecture, services, and best practices.
  • Extensive experience managing large-scale data environments, including storage, processing, and governance.
  • Strong knowledge of data management frameworks, SQL and NoSQL databases, and data analytics tools.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing comprehensive cybersecurity strategies.
  • Experience identifying vulnerabilities, managing risk, and ensuring compliance with security standards.
  • Experience establishing rigorous quality control processes and tools.
  • Experience implementing testing protocols and ensuring adherence to industry standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Occasional travel may be required based on project scope or management direction.
