Description

  • Develop and execute the internal technology timeline in alignment with overall business strategy.
  • Oversee the execution of technology projects to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Manage and optimize technology infrastructure to keep systems secure, reliable, and scalable.
  • Manage risks, issues, and bugs, and establish a process for timely resolution with clear status visibility.
  • Support leadership in developing the annual technology budget and manage spending throughout the year.
  • Ensure systems comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Maintain the security of technology systems to protect company and client data.
  • Report regularly to senior leadership on technology strategy, project status, and performance metrics.
  • Oversee the development, implementation, integration, and maintenance of internal solutions that meet team needs.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in software development and IT infrastructure.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across levels and functions.
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Strong understanding of cloud architecture, cloud services, and cloud best practices.
  • Experience managing large-scale data environments, including data storage, processing, and governance.
  • Strong knowledge of data management frameworks, databases such as SQL and NoSQL, and data analytics tools.
  • Proven track record implementing comprehensive cybersecurity strategies.
  • Experience identifying vulnerabilities, managing risk, and ensuring compliance with security standards.
  • Experience establishing rigorous quality control processes and tools.
  • Experience implementing testing protocols and adhering to industry standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
