Description

  • Lead the delivery of strategic customer projects within the JD Edwards practice.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring successful execution.
  • Coordinate resources across cross-functional teams in different countries.
  • Monitor project progress and keep delivery on time, within scope, and to quality standards.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and project issues proactively.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and stakeholder alignment.
  • Collaborate closely with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams on project delivery.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in an international environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • 5–10 years of project management experience.
  • Experience in ERP implementations or support projects.
  • Knowledge of JD Edwards.
  • Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
  • Understanding of ERP project lifecycles and delivery methodologies.
  • Strong project planning, reporting, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience serving as the primary customer-facing point of contact on projects.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Fluent in French.
