Description

  • Sell the organization’s products directly to new and existing customers within an assigned geographic territory or account list.
  • Drive continued sales growth within the territory and generate revenue from assigned accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships.
  • Own account planning and identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer needs and strategy.
  • Manage customer P&L and aftercare, ensuring high-quality service and advice.
  • Act as bid manager and ensure proposals are delivered on time and through the required approval steps.
  • Create proposal content using standard sales-kit materials and coordinate with presales as needed.
  • Gather competitor intelligence and market trends and turn them into approaches for winning more business.
  • Develop a compelling vision of the account’s future potential and translate customer business needs into Quistor and Oracle solutions.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of work experience in account management and consultancy.
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills in English at C1 level.
  • Proficiency in at least one other European language.
  • Ability to communicate efficiently with both expert consultants and technical or functional stakeholders.
  • Strong persuasion and influencing skills with a confident and relaxed interpersonal style.
  • High-level knowledge of the company’s offerings and unique selling propositions.
  • Strong computer literacy with advanced skills in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Excellent understanding and experience in selling Oracle Applications, primarily Oracle JD Edwards.
  • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle ERP Cloud, and EPM is preferred.
  • Extensive understanding and experience in selling Managed Services.
  • Good understanding of Oracle Cloud Technology, especially OCI and Database Cloud services.
