Description

  • Create and execute territory account plans based on the company template.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers.
  • Own the complete sales cycle for assigned accounts.
  • Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer vision and strategy.
  • Leverage pre-sales knowledge to support and expand sales opportunities.
  • Act as bid manager and ensure proposals are delivered on time and through required approvals.
  • Develop proposal content using standard sales-kit materials and draft proposals as needed.
  • Gather competitor information and market trends from accounts to generate more revenue opportunities.
  • Identify customer business needs and develop compelling account strategies.
  • Translate customer-specific business challenges into Quistor and Oracle solutions with a clear functional understanding of the offerings.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in account management, IT, or consultancy.
  • Proven track record in new business development.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud technology services and managed services.
  • Strong, proven network in the BNL region with partners, vendors, and customers.
  • Experience managing transactional, recurring, and complex sales cycles.
  • Ability to act as a strategic advisor.
  • English and Dutch language skills are required.
  • Additional languages are a plus.
