Description

  • Lead end-to-end paid search strategy across Shopping (PLA) and Text Ads.
  • Manage and scale high-performing campaigns across Google and emerging search platforms such as Bing and Brave.
  • Drive performance, scalability, and innovation across paid search programs.
  • Optimize product feeds and product-level performance to improve campaign results.
  • Test and refine titles, images, and other elements through structured experimentation.
  • Build and manage highly granular PLA account structures for large product catalogs.
  • Improve Quality Score, CTR, and cross-category keyword portfolio performance.
  • Leverage data and reporting to guide optimization decisions and testing priorities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing paid search programs with large budgets, with a focus on product listing ads.
  • Strong understanding of feed-based advertising and product-level optimization.
  • Proven experience with title testing, image testing, and structured experimentation.
  • Experience building and managing highly granular PLA account structures.
  • Experience working with large product catalogs in an ecommerce environment.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, and Bing Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Strong program management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.
  • Experience with Google Ads scripts.
  • Preferred: Experience with Looker and SQL.
  • Preferred: Experience with SA360, SKAI, or Marin.
  • Preferred: Understanding of attribution models, measurement frameworks, and automation tools.
  • Preferred: Experience with international search programs.
  • Preferred: Background in ecommerce or marketplace environments.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with feed management tools such as GMC rules, supplemental feeds, or third-party tools.
  • Preferred: Understanding of merchandising, inventory, and margin-driven bidding strategies.
