Description

  • Build, launch, and manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts.
  • Develop audience targeting strategies based on ICPs, buyer personas, industries, and funnel stages.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to improve campaign positioning and messaging.
  • Create and test multiple campaign formats, creatives, and ad variations.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance across all active client accounts.
  • Analyze campaign metrics such as CPL, CTR, ROAS, conversion rates, and engagement trends.
  • Optimize bidding strategies, audience targeting, budgets, placements, and creatives.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness and identify scaling opportunities.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly client performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate directly with clients and internal creative, copy, and strategy teams to align on goals, budgets, KPIs, and campaign updates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing and optimizing LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
  • Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts or client portfolios simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Experience optimizing campaigns for lead generation and B2B performance metrics.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital advertising with a strong LinkedIn Ads focus (preferred).
  • Agency or client-facing account management experience (preferred).
  • Familiarity with additional advertising platforms such as Meta Ads or Google Ads (preferred).
  • Experience working with B2B, SaaS, or professional services companies (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
