Description

  • Translate leadership requirements into HubSpot CRM builds and configurations.
  • Configure and customize sales pipelines to match the company’s sales process.
  • Create and manage automations, workflows, and sequences for sales and customer operations.
  • Set up reporting dashboards and tracking for performance monitoring across teams.
  • Support HubSpot integrations with internal tools, APIs, and third-party applications.
  • Make minor custom coding or technical adjustments where needed.
  • Build and manage custom properties, lead routing, deal stages, and lifecycle management.
  • Document configurations, workflows, and processes to support a smooth handover at the end of the contract.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot Sales Hub and CRM, including building pipelines, workflows, and automations.
  • Proven experience setting up and configuring HubSpot CRM for sales teams and operations workflows.
  • Comfortable working with custom properties, lead routing, sequences, deal pipelines, reporting, and dashboards.
  • Ability to handle integrations using Zapier, HubSpot-native connections, and APIs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work quickly under time pressure.
  • Available full-time from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM UK time, starting immediately, for a minimum of 1 month.
  • Comfortable working remotely and collaborating asynchronously with a UK-based leadership team.
  • HubSpot certifications such as Admin, Sales Software, or Automation are desirable.
  • Experience with HubSpot Service Hub or Operations Hub is desirable.
  • Familiarity with the HubSpot API for custom integrations or technical adjustments is desirable.
  • Experience implementing CRM for startups or scaling companies is desirable.
  • Experience documenting CRM configurations and creating handover materials is desirable.
  • Education is not a key requirement; the company values skills and experience over formal qualifications.
