Description

  • Serve as a strategic advisor for complex, high-impact enterprise accounts and align digital strategies with business outcomes.
  • Build executive alignment across customer organizations to support retention, renewals, and long-term partnerships.
  • Lead AI-enabled automation of analytical workflows and develop repeatable, productized service offerings.
  • Design and execute domain-specific account engagements, including stakeholder alignment and operational workflow integration.
  • Translate quantitative insights into macro-level optimization strategies and customer value roadmaps.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for specialized verticals or use cases and advise on high-stakes client engagements.
  • Mentor consultants, lead enablement efforts, and share best practices across the consulting organization.
  • Identify, diagnose, and remediate strategic account risks in partnership with primary business consultants.

Requirements

  • Deep domain expertise in at least one enterprise area.
  • Experience with site observability and technical performance, including working with SRE, IT, and Engineering teams.
  • Experience with contact center optimization, including call deflection, AHT reduction, and omnichannel workflows such as Salesforce integrations.
  • Experience applying digital analytics to internal applications and employee experience use cases.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools such as Claude Code, AI CLI tools, and LLM prompts to automate workflows.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, interpreting, and auditing complex SQL queries and data engineering pipelines.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in digital analytics, digital product management, management/technology consulting, or a related field.
  • Advanced ability to work with large, unaggregated quantitative datasets and solve ambiguous business problems.
  • Experience advising enterprise clients and C-suite stakeholders in high-stakes, strategic engagements.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including executive presentations and facilitation of workshops or enablement sessions for 50+ participants.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% for onsite customer visits and workshops.
  • Preferred: experience with productizing consulting services and scaling best practices across a consulting organization.
  • Preferred: strong self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently across global accounts.
