Description

  • Manage and mentor direct reports while supporting execution, prioritization, and professional growth.
  • Consult PaaS clients on designing decision automation programs and developing strategic roadmaps.
  • Improve the scale and effectiveness of the client-facing analyst team through process optimization, analytics frameworks, and AI tooling.
  • Partner with Product, Development, Design, and Engineering teams to scope new and enhanced product features.
  • Translate complex client requirements into detailed technical blueprints for development teams.
  • Analyze authorization and claims data to build and maintain reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Use data visualization tools to communicate platform performance and support decision-making.
  • Ensure client KPIs are met across the full customer lifecycle and drive automation success.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a data-centric, client-facing role.
  • Strong interest in improving U.S. healthcare and patient outcomes; healthcare systems, terminology, and regulations strongly preferred.
  • Ability to navigate ethical considerations in healthcare data management.
  • Proficiency in SQL for complex healthcare datasets.
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong leadership, client management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to translate problems into product and KPI improvements.
  • Management consulting or HealthTech experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA, MPH, or equivalent preferred.
