Description

  • Serve as a strategic advisor for complex, high-impact enterprise accounts and align customer strategies with business outcomes.
  • Build executive alignment across customer organizations to support retention, renewals, and long-term partnerships.
  • Leverage AI to automate analytical workflows and create repeatable, productized service offerings.
  • Lead domain-specific enterprise engagements, including working with IT and Engineering teams on site observability and operational workflows.
  • Translate quantitative insights into macro-level optimization strategies and clear value realization benchmarks.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for specialized verticals or use cases and advise on high-stakes client engagements across the organization.
  • Mentor consultants, support team enablement, and share best practices through playbooks and global forums.
  • Partner with primary Business Consultants to identify, diagnose, and remediate strategic account risks.
  • Design recovery strategies for at-risk engagements and help re-establish executive alignment.

Requirements

  • Deep specialized domain expertise in at least one enterprise area such as site observability, contact center optimization, or internal applications/employee experience.
  • Experience partnering with SRE, IT, and Engineering teams to monitor digital experience performance, client-side/API errors, and application stability.
  • Experience using experience data to drive call deflection, reduce AHT, and optimize omnichannel agent workflows, including Salesforce integrations.
  • Proven ability to apply digital analytics to internal enterprise tools to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI technologies such as Claude Code, AI CLI tools, and LLM prompts to automate analytical work.
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot ambiguity and solve problems independently.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, interpreting, and auditing complex SQL queries and data engineering pipelines.
  • 8+ years of experience in digital analytics, digital product management, management/technology consulting, or a related field.
  • Advanced experience analyzing large, un-aggregated quantitative datasets and translating insights into business outcomes.
  • Experience advising enterprise clients and navigating C-suite and matrixed stakeholder environments.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including executive presentations, workshops, and enablement sessions for 50+ participants.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% for onsite customer sessions and workshops.
