Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key enterprise accounts and build executive-level relationships.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to develop and execute strategic account plans for expansion.
  • Own account renewal and expansion goals and produce accurate forecasts.
  • Negotiate contracts and renewals to improve retention and renewal growth.
  • Create and execute account plans with Customer Success and Sales teams.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with executive and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate account health, renewal, and growth information in internal systems.
  • Work with the internal Executive Team on risks, opportunities, and key initiatives.
  • Identify customer advocacy opportunities such as case studies, speaking engagements, and webinars.
  • Educate executive stakeholders on new features, advanced use cases, and enterprise integrations.

Requirements

  • Professional proficiency in Spanish is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience managing and growing large enterprise client relationships.
  • Strong project and workflow management skills with the ability to handle complex initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills for executive communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence executive and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer retention and expansion goals.
  • Ability to manage multiple account initiatives simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Travel availability of approximately 20-30% of the time.
  • Proactive, collaborative, solutions-oriented, and coachable approach.

  • Base salary of $110,000 to $130,000 per year plus $30,000 to $40,000 in variable compensation.
