Description

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation for an assigned portfolio of new clients after contract execution.
  • Serve as the primary client contact during onboarding and lead project calls with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Develop individualized project plans and coordinate deliverables, milestones, deadlines, and go-live activities.
  • Manage cross-functional workstreams with Sales, Business Intelligence, IT, Account Management, operations, billing, legal, and technical teams.
  • Partner with technical and data teams to build, support, and measure scalable client programs and websites.
  • Build relationships with client stakeholders, vendors, and subject-matter experts; hold participants accountable to project plans.
  • Identify, resolve, and escalate onboarding issues to ensure timely launches.
  • Manage multiple enterprise projects, client change requests for existing customers, and internal website migrations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Prior project management and account management experience required.
  • Experience managing multiple large, competing projects in a changing environment.
  • Ability to prioritize deliverables and delegate effectively.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and issue-resolution skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills, including presenting to executives and subject-matter experts.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, Zoom, and other PC-based communication tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with accountability and discretion.
  • Healthcare or insurance implementation-project experience preferred.
  • Must be permanently authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
