Description

  • Lead end-to-end customer implementations from discovery through launch and adoption.
  • Manage timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, and communications across multiple customer launches.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers' manufacturing operations, workflows, and business goals.
  • Translate operational requirements into practical Fulcrum solutions and guide customers through process change.
  • Identify underlying business problems, dependencies, and opportunities beyond initial customer requests.
  • Use AI-assisted tools to build solutions, automate workflows, transform data, and troubleshoot integrations.
  • Evaluate solution reliability and collaborate with Engineering when deeper technical expertise is needed.
  • Build trusted customer relationships, communicate tradeoffs, and navigate difficult conversations.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Account Management to drive customer outcomes.
  • Improve launch processes through repeatable solutions, automation, tooling, and customer insights.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer implementation, technical consulting, solutions engineering, project management, or a similar customer-facing problem-solving role.
  • Ability to understand business processes, map workflows, and translate operational needs into practical solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently use AI-assisted tools to build solutions, automate workflows, or solve technical problems.
  • Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Strong technical aptitude, analytical skills, and ability to learn new software and systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage customer relationships independently.
  • Ability to make sound decisions and maintain momentum in ambiguous environments.
  • Experience with APIs, integrations, data migration, or workflow automation (preferred).
  • Experience with manufacturing operations, ERP systems, or complex operational software (preferred).
  • Must be located in the U.S. and authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.

  • $85,000–$135,000 base salary.
