Description

  • Define target architecture for ECM capabilities and align solutions with enterprise integration standards.
  • Establish reusable architectural patterns, best practices, and governance practices for ECM delivery.
  • Design reusable APIs, enterprise integration services, and synchronization patterns between business applications and ECM platforms.
  • Enable document-centric business processes and support enterprise-wide content interoperability.
  • Design and govern ECM platforms including Documentum Content Server, D2, xCP, OpenText Content Server, Extended ECM, Archive Center, and InfoArchive.
  • Design metadata models, taxonomy strategies, and document structures including collections, folders, and classifications.
  • Define lifecycle, retention, legal hold, archival, records management, audit, traceability, privacy, and compliance strategies.
  • Lead enterprise migration programs and define migration architecture, execution strategies, and tooling.
  • Define monitoring, observability, operational support, disaster recovery, high availability, performance, and scalability standards.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of overall IT experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or Enterprise Architect.
  • 3–5+ years delivering OpenText and/or Documentum solutions.
  • Proven experience in enterprise ECM transformation initiatives.
  • Experience in document migration and content modernization programs.
  • Experience in banking, financial services, insurance, telecom, or other highly regulated industries preferred.
  • Knowledge of OpenText Migration Center, custom migration frameworks, or bulk ingestion mechanisms is preferred.
  • Experience with information classification, data protection, privacy controls, and regulatory compliance is preferred.
