Description

  • Proactively identify, target, and convert new business accounts.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outreach and tailored value propositions.
  • Own pipeline generation and early-stage opportunity development with a hunter mindset.
  • Promote Agentic AI, ML, and analytics offerings and help clients turn data into actionable value.
  • Manage and develop customer relationships, including coordination of commercial activities such as invoicing and pricing.
  • Develop plans for complex accounts by identifying decision makers, influencers, and relationship opportunities.
  • Prepare and tailor presentations and sales materials for customer meetings and sales calls.
  • Present solutions with clear commercial rationale and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate internally as the customer champion across cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure up-to-date customer data.
  • Promote Qualco at industry events and build a personal network within the sales territory.
  • Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and anti-bribery and corruption policies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Understanding of GenAI, AI/ML, analytics, and data concepts.
  • Experience in value-based or consultative selling.
  • Self-starter with a motivated and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Positive, tenacious attitude with a passion for success.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
