Description

  • Partner with retail media networks, advertisers, and retailers to design data-driven audio-led media strategies and proposals.
  • Serve as the main liaison between QSIC’s platform and retail media partners to align tools, inventory, and capabilities with partner needs.
  • Support advertiser conversations by providing strategic guidance and platform expertise to the retail media sales lead.
  • Analyze retailer, category, and brand trends to help build a data-driven sales pipeline.
  • Translate complex platform capabilities into practical solutions tied to commerce and marketing objectives.
  • Develop retail media strategies that integrate in-store audio into full-funnel media plans.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Marketing, Data, and Partnerships teams.
  • Review in-campaign and campaign performance data to generate insights and recommendations for clients.
  • Create reports and strategic recommendations that help inform client investment decisions and improve campaign outcomes.
  • Contribute to shaping product, measurement, and data-related processes that support the Retail Media Strategist team.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the U.S. retail media landscape, including networks, platforms, and opportunities.
  • Knowledge of how audio fits into full-funnel commerce strategies from both retailer and brand perspectives.
  • Ability to interpret data and insights and turn them into compelling, results-driven media proposals.
  • Experience building trust and credibility with internal stakeholders and external retail and brand partners.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curiosity and willingness to ask questions, challenge assumptions, and identify opportunities for efficiency.
  • Client-centric approach with the ability to simplify complex solutions and drive strategic alignment.
  • Understanding of endemic and non-endemic advertising perspectives and solutions.
  • Experience working effectively in a cross-functional, partner-led environment.
  • Strong communication skills across phone, in-person, and online channels with colleagues and clients.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to move between diverse projects and campaigns.
  • Experience managing accounts autonomously and solving client problems with available resources.
  • Demonstrated ability to help clients achieve business goals and improve outcomes.
  • Experience navigating internal departments to produce positive client results.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is not specified in the posting.
  • Experience with AI-driven solutions for clients is a plus.
  • Passion for building new ways of working and improving efficiencies is a plus.
  • Interest in music is a plus.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Location flexibility to work remotely within the United States or hybrid/in-office near the Dallas, Texas office is required.
  • Full-time availability is required.
