Description

Provide technical leadership in the design, integration, implementation, and transition of enterprise SaaS systems.
Design flexible architectures that support configurability across data creation, integrations, workflows, notifications, and data persistence.
Understand integration requirements and develop recommendations aligned with business objectives, product roadmaps, solution architecture, and technical constraints.
Contribute to platform functionality using modern frameworks and tools.
Specify and troubleshoot API integrations across multiple connected systems.
Work closely with client stakeholders, partners, product managers, creative designers, platform architects, and other engineers.
Implement systems that address the needs of vulnerable populations.
Maintain high standards for security, extensibility, reusability, testing, and clean code across architecture, components, data structures, and algorithms.

Requirements

8+ years of software engineering experience.
Deep hands-on production experience with ReactJS and TypeScript.
Proficiency in Java for multi-tier web application development.
Proven experience building and consuming GraphQL APIs, including schema design and client integration.
Strong English communication skills.
Experience building microservices and following OpenAPI standards.
Experience with ElasticSearch, PostgreSQL, Redis, S3, Redshift, Apache Kafka, Lambda, and EMR.
Experience leading major IT application implementations.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify roadblocks.
Familiarity with Agile, Git, IT security architecture, and testing methodologies.
Knowledge of AWS/cloud deployment and scaling.
Proficiency in REST APIs, GraphQL, SQL, NoSQL, and web development concepts.
Practitioner of TDD, CI/CD, and time management.
Experience working US client hours from 8-11 PM or 9 PM-12 AM Vietnam time, for 3 hours per day with flexibility for the remaining 5 hours.
