Description

  • Take ownership of new client accounts immediately after the sale closes and introduce the onboarding process.
  • Gather business requirements, branding assets, content, images, and brand guidelines needed for each website build.
  • Coordinate closely with the technical build team to keep projects on schedule and aligned with client expectations.
  • Present completed site previews to clients, lead video walkthroughs, manage revisions, and secure final approval.
  • Handle final payment collection and ensure billing accounts are properly established.
  • Maintain accurate, real-time CRM updates so the team has full visibility into project status.
  • Guide US-based business owners through the process with clarity, professionalism, and strong customer service.

Requirements

  • Near-native spoken, written, and comprehension-level English.
  • Comfortable and articulate on live video calls with US clients.
  • Experience with SaaS tools, CRMs, and AI-driven website platforms, with a quick learning curve.
  • Ability to manage multiple client timelines simultaneously without missing details.
  • High emotional intelligence and professionalism when working with high-value customers.
  • High-speed, stable internet connection with backup options.
  • Professional noise-cancelling headset for client calls.
  • High-definition 1080p webcam for video conferencing.
  • Quiet, dedicated home office environment.
  • Flexible availability for full-time work during US business hours (EST/PST).
