Description

  • Guide customers through data onboarding, including data integration and platform configuration.
  • Translate customer goals, data systems, and integration needs into Branching Minds platform requirements.
  • Connect customer systems such as rostering, assessments, and student tracking tools to the platform.
  • Create, execute, and adjust implementation plans based on each customer’s needs.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers about implementation progress, data ingestion, and configurations.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and escalate data issues during implementation while proactively identifying risks.
  • Document and track implementation processes, decisions, and customer data details.
  • Serve as a liaison between district partners and internal teams to advocate customer needs and improve processes.
  • Provide ongoing customer support through live chat, email, video calls, and phone for data-related needs.
  • Review, validate, and ingest incoming customer data files and provide feedback on errors or formatting issues.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience providing customer-facing data support.
  • Ability to translate data and technology concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Experience guiding complex, multi-step processes that involve connecting and mapping multiple systems or data sources.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail for multi-step problems, processes, and tasks.
  • Knowledge of EdTech data, including rostering, demographics, assessment, and SIS data.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple needs and manage time effectively.
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with a high level of customer service.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with data validation, transformation, and troubleshooting in Excel or Google Sheets is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SQL and database querying for data validation and troubleshooting is preferred.
  • Experience with data integration tools, APIs, SFTP file transfers, or file formats such as CSV/flat files, XML, and JSON is preferred.
