Description

  • Own customer relationships and serve as the main point of contact for implementation questions and issues.
  • Help new customers adopt Shape’s tools on construction projects and overcome implementation challenges.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and create a mechanism for tracking product adoption and engagement.
  • Work closely with the product team to share field insights and improve the product for future customers.
  • Develop and scale a site adoption process using data-backed methods for enterprise and self-serve customers.
  • Conduct training sessions for client teams and answer product-related questions.
  • Create onboarding materials and contribute to the customer-facing knowledge base.
  • Stay current on construction industry trends and technology adoption challenges.
  • Collaborate with sales consultants on customer conversations and onboarding.
  • Work with designers and engineers to shape product improvements based on implementation feedback.

Requirements

  • Experience working in the construction industry in a site office, project management, or construction management role.
  • First-hand experience using software on construction projects.
  • Understanding of construction management practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with frontline teams and senior management.
  • Self-starter who can set their own agenda and work with business leaders on strategy and goals.
  • Comfort using tools such as Excel, Word, or construction-specific software in day-to-day work.
  • Ability to empathize with different stakeholders and support others in using digital tools.
  • Preferred: deep understanding of using data to improve onboarding experiences and measure new user engagement.
  • Preferred: experience presenting to larger groups as well as engaging one-to-one with clients.
  • Preferred: experience leading a team, hiring, coaching, developing talent, or building tools and processes from scratch.
