Description

  • Own the full sales lifecycle for Everpure™ Protect Service across Enterprise and Strategic accounts.
  • Translate complex technical value into compelling financial proposals and revenue outcomes.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of inside sales representatives.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and support effective sales engagement through active participation in calls and planning.
  • Collaborate with Product and Sales leadership to refine the specialist sales motion and define repeatable playbooks.
  • Serve as the primary feedback loop between customers and Product Engineering and Marketing teams.
  • Build and deliver quarterly and annual plans across regional leadership and partner dependencies.
  • Help the team exceed FY27 targets while preparing for FY28 expansion.
  • Drive market adoption of an emerging cyber resilience solution within a pod-based operating model.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to operate as both a player and a coach in a leadership role.
  • Track record of exceeding quotas as an individual contributor in complex software or SaaS environments.
  • Experience leading sales teams through high-growth transitions.
  • Exceptional ability to develop sales arguments and value propositions tied to business outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of complex infrastructure software and the SaaS sales cycle, including Proof of Concepts (PoC).
  • Specialized knowledge of cyber resilience, disaster recovery, or data protection.
  • Disciplined approach to territory planning and forecast management.
  • Executive presence with the ability to communicate strategy and progress to C-suite stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
