Description

  • Manage ERP project resources to optimize utilization and productivity within defined constraints.
  • Monitor deliverables for quality, apply best practices, and promote continuous improvement.
  • Adapt project methods and execution approaches to handle unforeseen challenges and drive innovation.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep ERP programs on track.
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle from inception to retirement and align work with business objectives.
  • Engage senior management, clients, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, communicate progress, and manage expectations.
  • Lead, delegate to, and mentor project team members while fostering collaboration.
  • Develop and execute an analytics strategy across multiple projects within a program.
  • Apply Agile principles as an experienced Scrum Master managing multiple Scrum teams.
  • Run Agile ceremonies, workshops, and sessions to support communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in program or project management delivering complex, enterprise, or cross-functional projects.
  • Experience managing ERP projects is strongly preferred.
  • Must have Agile experience.
  • Experience as a Scrum Master managing multiple Scrum teams is strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Atlassian and project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, JQL, Dashboards, and Smartsheets is strongly preferred.
  • SAFe certification, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with complex projects across multiple applications and stack layers.
  • Experience with cloud technologies is strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize across multiple concurrent initiatives and shifting demands.
  • Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Experience with collaboration tools such as G-Suite, Zoom, Slack, and Confluence is strongly preferred.
