Description

  • Create field-facing technical content, walkthroughs, deep dives, demos, and qualification guides for Analytics & AI solutions.
  • Develop and deliver internal and external enablement through webinars, events, partner sessions, and training.
  • Participate in customer calls, demonstrations, proofs of concept, executive briefings, and solution strategy sessions.
  • Enable enterprise account teams to qualify and position Analytics & AI opportunities.
  • Maintain expertise across Everpure products, including FlashArray, FlashBlade, and Portworx, and translate updates into enablement plans.
  • Influence the solutions roadmap by sharing field feedback, deal insights, and customer requirements with Solutions Architects and Product Management.
  • Support field testing, document application and platform knowledge, and help bridge gaps before formal solution validation.
  • Provide post-sales troubleshooting and expert solution assistance.
  • Partner with SLED Sales Leaders and cross-functional teams across Solutions, Marketing, Alliances, Engineering, Enablement, and Sales.
  • Build internal relationships, align teams, and motivate the field to drive customer adoption of Everpure technology.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 8+ years of IT presales experience.
  • Strong technical expertise and industry perspective in Analytics and AI.
  • Deep understanding of servers, networking, storage, and infrastructure for high-performance environments.
  • Record of leading as an industry-respected technical evangelist with expertise in key technologies.
  • Specialized sales and solution knowledge in Analytics and AI, including awareness of competitive offerings.
  • Ability to understand and articulate customer and Everpure solution strategies at a technical level.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for account teams, partners, and customers.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with G Suite, CRM, and opportunity-management systems; Salesforce preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience with complex engineering designs.
  • Knowledge of technologies across modern data pipelines, such as Splunk, Elasticsearch, Kafka, Spark, Snowflake, Vertica, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Nvidia, AWS, Azure, and GCP, including virtualized or containerized environments.
  • Ability to travel 50%–60% within the assigned territory and throughout the United States.
  • Publications or social media presence preferred.
