Description

  • Provide technical support throughout the sales cycle and participate in customer and sales calls.
  • Deliver and customize technical presentations, demonstrations, webinars, and trade-show presentations.
  • Explain 1Kosmos solutions, use cases, required capabilities, and differentiation to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Design innovative solutions, integrations, and architectures that address customer requirements.
  • Lead RFP responses, questionnaires, bid reviews, and analyst engagements.
  • Define proof-of-value success criteria, configure validation environments, and manage customer outcomes.
  • Develop vertical-specific demos and support complex or large-scale sales opportunities.
  • Provide implementation leadership and facilitate handoffs to delivery teams.
  • Share market feedback with the product team and influence the product roadmap.
  • Mentor other solutions engineers and report on sales engineering activities to company leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of solutions engineering or pre-sales experience.
  • Experience with identity proofing or identity verification technologies.
  • Experience supporting Public Sector and Federal opportunities, including relevant terminology.
  • Knowledge of access management and the IAM domain.
  • Understanding of cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.
  • Knowledge of scripting and experience using AI tools to improve process efficiency.
  • Ability to communicate technical and business information to varied audiences.
  • Value-based, consultative approach to connecting solutions with customer challenges.
  • Ability to assess client technical architectures and emerging technologies to determine feasible solutions.
  • Experience with proof-of-concept planning, implementation handoffs, enterprise application integrations, and APIs.
  • Experience working with technical buyers, security teams, procurement, RFP stakeholders, and executive leadership in public sector accounts.
