Description

  • Provide pre-sales deep technical and business expertise to customers.
  • Help customers run stateful applications in containers.
  • Advise on and support automation of Day 2 data management workflows.
  • Present solutions that simplify complex customer challenges and drive interest in Everpure technologies.
  • Serve as a thought leader on Kubernetes and cloud-native data platform architecture.
  • Collaborate across co-selling partners and customer stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
  • Coach and influence team behavior as a leader without relying on title.
  • Travel regionally as needed to support customers and business needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a customer-facing senior-level technical architect.
  • 5+ years of Linux administration and/or Linux development experience with an industry-recognized administration-level or higher certification.
  • 3+ years of Kubernetes administration experience with a KCNA (Kubernetes and Cloud Native Associate) or higher certification.
  • Certification-level fluency in OpenShift, Rancher, or another Kubernetes orchestration environment.
  • Certification-level fluency in cloud IaaS platforms such as VMware, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and OpenStack.
  • Certification-level fluency with DevOps concepts and hands-on experience with Ansible, Terraform, Docker, and CI/CD pipeline tools.
  • Certification-level fluency in data engineering, big data, and database operations, delivery, and operational services.
  • Strong understanding of data platform technologies for highly available business applications on-prem, hybrid, and in the cloud.
  • Understanding of the enterprise application development lifecycle and how container platforms affect it.
  • Ability to travel regionally up to 60%.
  • Preferred experience delivering executive-level or customer-facing presentations and leading through influence.
  • Preferred ability to distill complex problems into a simplified vision that aligns to customer outcomes.
