Description

  • Own and manage a territory for Lumafield's CT scanning platform.
  • Prospect, qualify, and close enterprise opportunities with engineering and manufacturing buyers.
  • Run a disciplined, MEDDPICC-based sales process across complex deal cycles.
  • Build business cases that quantify manufacturing challenges and the cost of current blind spots.
  • Navigate $100K+ deals involving multiple stakeholders and capital equipment procurement cycles.
  • Collaborate with solutions engineering, marketing, R&D, and company leadership on deal strategy and account planning.
  • Present effectively to VP-level leaders in Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing.
  • Drive land-and-expand sales motions and manage multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts.
  • Stay persistent through procurement, legal, and executive approval processes and remove blockers.
  • Contribute to team selling and execution with a strong coaching and process-driven mindset.

Requirements

  • Enterprise sales experience selling complex technical products to engineering, operations, or manufacturing leaders.
  • Experience selling capital equipment, medical devices, metrology, or industrial automation solutions.
  • Experience winning $1M+ deals through effective land-and-expand sales engagements.
  • Consistent quota overachievement with customer references to demonstrate results.
  • Curiosity about how products are made and how manufacturing operations work.
  • Persistence and creativity in long, technical sales campaigns involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience navigating procurement, legal, and executive approvals in complex deals.
  • Strong executive-level communication skills for presenting business impact to senior leaders.
  • Team-selling instincts and the ability to bring in solutions engineers, marketing, product, and leadership as needed.
  • MEDDPICC experience is preferred, and familiarity with similar enterprise qualification frameworks is a plus.

  • $230,000 - $290,000 annual compensation, including base salary plus variable commission.
