Description

  • Coordinate the overall strategy and relationship between assigned accounts and Everpure.
  • Evangelize the company’s all-flash enterprise storage technology and data solutions to customers.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships to strengthen value and drive high customer satisfaction.
  • Lead pursuit teams and develop account plans to align internal resources around winning new business.
  • Drive and manage a healthy sales pipeline to meet or exceed quarterly and annual quotas.
  • Collaborate with teammates and strategic partners globally to close business.
  • Assess, plan, and actively manage a territory to maximize revenue and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of outside sales experience focused on new logo acquisition or business development.
  • Current experience selling and living in the Bay Area, ideally the East Bay Area.
  • Consistent annual revenue delivery of $5M-$10M.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota and generating referenceable business.
  • Strong prospecting ability and experience opening doors to new customers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead a complex sales process with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience fostering teamwork and shared ownership internally and with partners.
  • Authenticity, customer focus, creativity, and a Challenger Mindset.
  • Interest in post-sales customer success.
  • Annual base salary range of $122,500-$184,000 USD.
  • Role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
