Description

  • Promote Everpure’s all-flash enterprise storage and data solutions to manufacturing customers in Japan.
  • Build and deepen customer relationships to drive high customer satisfaction.
  • Lead pursuit teams and develop account plans to win new customers.
  • Coordinate internal resources and cross-functional teams to execute sales opportunities.
  • Manage a healthy sales pipeline to achieve quarterly and annual quotas.
  • Work with channel resellers, key accounts, Sales, Pre-sales, Partner Sales, and Field Marketing teams to drive enterprise sector growth.
  • Engage post-sale to support customer success and strengthen long-term relationships.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of outside sales experience focused on new logo acquisition or business development.
  • Sales experience in the financial industry is required.
  • Deep knowledge of the finance industry is required.
  • Strong authenticity and desire to understand manufacturing customer business challenges in Japan.
  • Ability to apply customer insights and technology solution expertise to position the product portfolio.
  • Proven prospecting skills and a track record of opening doors to new customers.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executives and technical stakeholders, from the boardroom to the data center.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess, plan, and manage a territory to maximize revenue and efficiency.
  • Experience leading complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders and collaborating across internal and external teams.
  • Consistent record of exceeding quota and generating referenceable business.
  • Moderate English reading comprehension is required.
  • Challenger mindset, creativity, and thought leadership are preferred qualities.
