Description

  • Develop and execute panelist acquisition strategies across owned and paid channels to recruit usability research participants.
  • Grow the overall panelist database while also sourcing participants for niche client study requirements.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance and spend within budget to meet recruitment goals.
  • Use A/B testing and a test-and-learn approach to improve campaigns and inform future strategy.
  • Qualify respondents into study participants using multiple methods to meet client requirements.
  • Onboard participants by providing clear instructions and support throughout the process.
  • Communicate with the panelist community through email updates, help content, and social media.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve recruiting, onboarding flows, and participant experience.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline existing recruiting and marketing processes.
  • Process and track participant incentives for each study.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of recruitment, marketing, or social media marketing experience.
  • Experience working within a marketing automation platform such as HubSpot, Pardot, or Marketing Cloud.
  • Proficiency managing social media campaigns, email marketing, and other digital channels.
  • Experience advertising across organic and paid channels.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Preferred: demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow through on projects.
  • Preferred: comfort working in a frequently changing and often ambiguous environment.
  • Preferred: experience recruiting people for events or research studies.
  • Preferred: experience with Canva, Figma, or other graphic design tools.
  • Preferred: experience using analytics tools to measure marketing campaign effectiveness.
  • Preferred: experience supporting user experience research, market research, or working with technical teams.
