Description

  • Research and prospect targeted enterprise accounts to generate meaningful conversations with potential buyers.
  • Source outbound pipeline and qualify inbound leads from enterprise companies.
  • Partner with account executives to support outreach and advance opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Follow up on inbound leads and work with marketing to improve future campaign performance.
  • Gather market insights from customer conversations and share feedback to inform internal teams.
  • Maintain strong data collection, CRM hygiene, and an experimental approach to outreach and process improvement.
  • Build new processes, messaging, and sales workflows that improve the SDR function and broader go-to-market motion.
  • Collaborate with teammates, learn from and coach others, and contribute beyond individual KPIs.

Requirements

  • Prospecting skills with the ability to identify and earn conversations with buyers at large enterprise companies.
  • Ability to research and speak with executive-level IT and Data Science stakeholders about business impact and complex technical concepts.
  • Experience or comfort working in a team-oriented sales environment.
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset and willingness to contribute beyond core lead-generation responsibilities.
  • Ability to continually learn, grow, and develop in the role and beyond.
  • Strong curiosity and a growth mindset for iterating on outreach and process improvements.
  • Interest in working with diverse teams and in an environment that values truth, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Benefits

  • Annual US OTE range of $100,000 to $120,000.
  • Equity may be included as part of the compensation package.
