Description

  • Develop a deep understanding of assigned accounts, including data science initiatives, stakeholders, competitors, and partners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with executives at the Director, Executive Director, VP, and C-level.
  • Uncover customer and prospect opportunities for Domino software and execute the sales cycle.
  • Set selling strategy and own progress through evaluation, negotiation, and approval stages.
  • Generate $7.5M-$10M in pipeline by the end of FY27.
  • Close $2.5M+ in new ARR by the end of FY28.
  • Align Domino’s internal teams, including product management, services, sales, and executive leadership, around each customer account.
  • Manage communication with the customer-specific ecosystem of partners and competitors.
  • Use cold-calling and prospecting techniques to open conversations in new areas of an account.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of sales experience, preferably selling enterprise platforms into the Life Sciences market.
  • Strong understanding of the Life Sciences market and how different parts of the business operate.
  • Enterprise sales experience managing complex, multi-million-dollar deals through evaluation, negotiation, and approval.
  • Proven experience meeting with senior leaders at the VP level within the enterprise Life Sciences market.
  • Track record of securing $1M+ software contracts.
  • Ability to articulate how complex solutions map to customer initiatives.
  • Experience finalizing negotiations on complex enterprise software deals.
  • History of positioning a new solution in an unproven area.
  • Understanding of AI/ML technologies.
  • Prospecting experience using cold-call techniques to open conversations in new areas of an account.
