Description

  • Build and manage a 3-4x quota pipeline focused on net-new Financial Services and Insurance accounts.
  • Conduct deep account research and territory mapping to identify high-potential targets and tailor outreach strategies.
  • Execute multi-channel prospecting campaigns using personalized outreach, executive engagement, and event-based selling.
  • Lead complex sales cycles from first contact through close, including discovery, solution positioning, proof of concept coordination, proposals, negotiation, and contract execution.
  • Manage 4-6 concurrent opportunities while maintaining pipeline generation and conversion targets.
  • Navigate procurement, security, legal, and compliance reviews with large financial institutions.
  • Engage senior stakeholders across business and IT functions to uncover opportunities and advance deals.
  • Support Domino’s expansion into the FSI vertical and help position the platform as the enterprise standard for data science.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of sales experience, preferably selling enterprise platforms into financial services such as banking, insurance, or asset management.
  • Understanding of the advanced analytics space and ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of net-new logo acquisition, ideally building a territory from scratch or expanding into a new vertical.
  • Experience navigating highly regulated sales environments, including procurement, security reviews, vendor risk assessments, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles lasting 9-18 months with C-suite, business unit, and technical stakeholders.
  • History of selling from an underdog or challenger position at a startup, scale-up, or smaller company ($10M-$50M ARR).
