Description

  • Manage multiple client projects across industries and time zones, maintaining scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria with clients.
  • Lead discovery workshops to understand client business needs before development begins.
  • Translate complex requirements into executable iterations, backlogs, and user stories.
  • Maintain project documentation, roadmaps, and backlogs throughout delivery.
  • Run Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Provide clients with clear updates on project status, risks, and decisions.
  • Scope and price engagements, write proposals, and support presales activities.
  • Coordinate with design, engineering, and QA to validate that delivered features meet requirements and user needs.
  • Monitor project KPIs, identify risks early, and test completed features before delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of project management experience in a digital agency environment.
  • Hands-on experience with presales, proposal writing, project scoping, and discovery workshops.
  • Strong understanding of digital product development and product management principles.
  • Experience managing backlogs, writing user stories, and working in Agile delivery processes.
  • Ability to challenge client requirements and advocate for solutions that address underlying business problems.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Notion, Linear, or similar project and product management tools.
  • Ability to work across US and European time zones with distributed international teams.
  • C1-level or higher English proficiency with strong written and verbal client communication skills.
  • Experience in Web3/DeFi, fintech, healthcare, or e-commerce is preferred.
