Description

  • Lead technical direction and evaluate solution options with business, AI automation, and IT partners.
  • Collaborate with business and IT leadership to define long-term solution architecture and delivery plans.
  • Work with product owners, business users, and technical leads to gather requirements and develop enterprise solution specifications.
  • Drive engineering practices and delivery standards within Agile teams.
  • Define, document, and govern application architecture, integrations, and interfaces.
  • Set development and design standards for enterprise application teams.
  • Monitor emerging enterprise application platform trends and assess their relevance and impact.
  • Design and develop integrated business solutions across multiple cloud-based enterprise platforms.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical leadership to other developers.
  • Drive continuous improvement in design, development, deployment, and AI-assisted engineering practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certifications/experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale solutions with Microsoft Power Platform and Azure technologies.
  • Strong experience with Dataverse (Common Data Service) and data modeling.
  • Experience with AI Builder, Copilot, or Azure AI services strongly preferred.
  • Experience working on a project team using waterfall and/or Agile SDLC methodology required, with Agile preferred.
  • Experience with other Microsoft technologies, languages, and frameworks is an advantage.
  • Data migration and data integration experience is an advantage.
  • Experience with development practices such as code review, coding standards, continuous integration, and pair programming.
  • Microsoft Power Platform certification(s) are an advantage.
  • Experience in the insurance industry and/or LOMA coursework preferred; ALMI designation is a plus.
