Description

  • Own Salesforce CRM architecture and solutions design across the global revenue organization as the technical leader for the GTM systems ecosystem.
  • Design and implement robust API integrations between Salesforce, HubSpot, and enterprise systems to support seamless data flow across the customer lifecycle.
  • Build and optimize integration architecture for AI-powered lead scoring, intent data, and revenue intelligence tools such as Gong.
  • Establish and enforce technical governance, data architecture standards, and integration best practices across the multi-cloud Salesforce environment.
  • Architect and implement custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow to support complex business processes, including the Enrollment to Enterprise motion.
  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of third-party applications and managed packages.
  • Design and build real-time data synchronization between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and iPaaS solutions.
  • Create technical documentation, integration diagrams, and architecture decision records to support knowledge transfer and scalability.
  • Mentor Salesforce admins and provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams on complex implementations.
  • Drive AI and automation initiatives within Salesforce, including Einstein Analytics, predictive scoring models, and workflow automation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years as a Salesforce Solutions Architect with proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale solutions.
  • Expert proficiency in Salesforce architecture with deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and marketing automation integrations.
  • Strong API and integration experience, including REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms such as Workato, MuleSoft, or Boomi, and webhook architecture.
  • Hands-on development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and declarative automation tools such as Flow and Process Builder.
  • Deep understanding of data architecture, object relationships, and data modeling across multiple systems.
  • Experience implementing AI and machine learning capabilities within Salesforce, including Einstein, predictive lead scoring, or third-party AI tools.
  • Experience with HubSpot-Salesforce integrations and marketing-to-sales handoff optimization.
  • Track record of implementing revenue intelligence platforms such as Gong or Chorus.
  • Strong understanding of modern GTM tech stack architecture, including CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, and analytics platforms.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum, version control, CI/CD, sandbox strategies, and modern DevOps practices.
  • Ability to design solutions for B2B SaaS or training/certification businesses with complex enrollment and enterprise licensing models.
  • 7+ years as a Salesforce Solutions Architect with proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale solutions.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (required).
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder (required).
  • At least one additional technical certification: Platform Developer I, Integration Architecture Designer, or Data Architecture Designer (required).
  • Preferred certifications include Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer, Salesforce Certified Data Architecture and Management Designer, and Platform Developer II.
  • Experience with change management, training, or certification business models is preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Enablement, and Finance.
  • Ability to influence senior leadership and translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex business objectives into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Self-directed problem-solving approach with a focus on continuous improvement, performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce admins and cross-functional teams.
