Description

  • Lead high-impact Epic Revenue Cycle engagements including optimization, implementation support, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Serve as a hands-on advisor working directly with client stakeholders to solve complex front-end, mid-cycle, and back-end revenue cycle challenges.
  • Deliver high-quality, actionable insights that improve financial outcomes, operational efficiency, and end-user adoption.
  • Ensure successful project execution by managing scope, resolving issues, and delivering measurable results.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with client leaders and act as a go-to resource for revenue cycle strategy and execution.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Account teams to maintain account health and identify opportunities for continued impact.
  • Support sales and scoping efforts by providing subject matter expertise, solution design, and effort estimation.
  • Contribute to practice development by creating methodologies, tools, and best practices and identifying emerging client needs and market trends.
  • Mentor and support consultants and managers across engagements to foster a culture of learning and delivery excellence.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives that enhance team capability, knowledge sharing, and delivery consistency.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in healthcare consulting or provider operations.
  • Deep expertise in Epic Revenue Cycle modules (examples: Resolute Professional/Hospital Billing, Cadence, Prelude).
  • Proven track record of hands-on delivery in client-facing roles with the ability to both lead and execute engagements.
  • Strong understanding of revenue cycle operations, financial performance drivers, and optimization strategies.
  • Experience building relationships with client stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with detailed execution, plus excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Remote-first role requiring U.S. residency and legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements and key meetings; full-time salaried employment.
  • Ability to sit or stand at a computer and work independently.
