Description

  • Drive the identification, attraction, and engagement of highly qualified specialist participants.
  • Build and maintain Prolific’s participant pool and expert network for ongoing growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client-specific AI delivery teams on recruitment operations.
  • Deliver strong results on bespoke client projects and meet or exceed project goals.
  • Maintain the quality, diversity, and readiness of participant pools to support customer needs.
  • Design and manage verification processes for domain experts and AI taskers.
  • Refine recruitment, onboarding, and activation funnels to improve retention and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze candidate engagement and quality metrics to inform improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external clients to meet resourcing demands.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in recruitment excellence and talent attraction in high-growth environments.
  • Experience executing high-volume sourcing strategies and building scalable candidate pipelines.
  • Ability to design and scale sourcing and hiring solutions that improve speed to onboard and operational efficiency.
  • Strong hands-on experience with modern sourcing and outreach platforms such as LinkedIn and Welcome to the Jungle.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
  • Highly data-driven and commercially minded, with experience using analytics and operational metrics to measure impact and optimize performance.
  • Experience with global crowdsourcing or gig-economy platforms is particularly valuable.
  • Experience supporting AI/ML lifecycle projects such as data labeling, annotation, or domain-specific task curation is particularly valuable.
  • Open to candidates based in the US or Mexico.
  • Ability to start within the next 2 weeks is prioritized.
  • 3-month fixed-term contract with the opportunity to extend.
