Description

Drive the identification, attraction, and engagement of highly qualified specialist participants.
Build and maintain Prolific's participant pool and expert network.
Act as the primary point of contact for client-specific AI delivery teams on recruitment operations.
Deliver strong outcomes on bespoke client projects and meet ambitious project goals.
Maintain the quality, diversity, and readiness of participant pools to match customer needs.
Design and manage verification processes for domain experts and AI taskers.
Refine recruitment, onboarding, and activation funnels to improve retention and engagement.
Monitor and analyse candidate engagement and quality metrics to identify operational improvements.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external clients to support participant resourcing.

Requirements

Proven track record in recruitment excellence, with experience attracting and engaging high-quality talent.
Experience executing high-volume sourcing strategies and building scalable candidate pipelines.
A builder mindset with experience designing and scaling sourcing or hiring solutions.
Strong hands-on experience with modern sourcing and outreach platforms such as LinkedIn and Welcome to the Jungle.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver at pace, and thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
Highly data-driven and commercially minded, with confidence using analytics and operational metrics.
Experience with global crowdsourcing or gig-economy platforms is particularly valuable.
Experience supporting AI/ML lifecycle projects such as data labeling, annotation, or domain-specific task curation is particularly valuable.
Open to candidates based in the US or Mexico only.
Ability to start within the next 2 weeks is prioritized.
