Description

  • Prospect for prospective students and guide them through application processes with Project Kitty Hawk partner universities.
  • Manage student files throughout the admissions cycle and ensure students understand action items and admissions expectations.
  • Help students assess readiness for classes and connect them with resources to support successful enrollment.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to identify students’ educational and career goals, create a roadmap for success, and monitor progress.
  • Track students’ progress through the admissions funnel and support conversion to enrollment.
  • Analyze and interpret data to support students and improve conversion rates.
  • Ensure confidentiality, proper documentation, and the accuracy and timeliness of institutional data.
  • Adhere to and enforce security policies and report security-related issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with external partners and universities to maintain best practices and high standards of student service.
  • Participate in professional development, conferences, and industry associations to expand knowledge and network.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 1 year of experience working in higher education with adult students in an online setting.
  • Demonstrated success in individual and organizational goal-focused performance.
  • Knowledge of the challenges and needs specific to adult learners in higher education.
  • Experience with CRM, LMS, and SIS platforms and other technologies used in online higher education and student management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with adult students.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant academic policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA).
  • Ability to exercise discretion, professionalism, and good judgment while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Primary hours are 8am–5pm Pacific and Mountain time zones, with one weekend day preferred.
