Description

  • Conduct intakes with families and students and provide quality customer service.
  • Coordinate instructors and manage class schedules to staff sessions efficiently.
  • Track and monitor student academic progress and support virtual tutoring sessions.
  • Provide virtual administrative support, including answering phones, managing daily business data, and maintaining schedules.
  • Support Regional Operations and help maintain people, financial, and academic operating standards.
  • Ensure delivery of programs and initiatives for students and school district partners.
  • Conduct conferences with partner program directors to review progress, adjust academic plans, and renew enrollments.
  • Manage personal time and work in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with students and families and support effective conflict resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2-3 years of progressive career growth.
  • Clear and excellent English communication skills required.
  • Clear and excellent Mandarin Chinese communication skills required.
  • Strong technology and organization skills required.
  • Ability to time manage, plan, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in virtual environments and communicate through in-person, phone, and video channels.
  • Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and handle ambiguity.
  • Experience working in a virtual operations and team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is beneficial.
  • Ability to manage remote teachers and build trust in virtual relationships is preferred.
